Jordan Faykus represents businesses in all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment litigation, counseling, and traditional labor law.

With well over a decade of experience, Mr. Faykus has worked with hundreds of companies in all aspects and phases of the employment cycle. He has represented clients in matters involving allegations of employee discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, as well as ERISA litigation, wage and hour controversies, accommodation and leave law, covenants not to compete, and breach of employment contract. He also has significant experience with workplace safety and OSHA matters, as well as traditional labor law and union matters.

Before founding Faykus Law PLLC, Mr. Faykus was a partner at Baker & McKenzie, one of the world’s largest and most recognized law firms.  During his 13+ years with Baker & McKenzie, Mr. Faykus’s practice focused exclusively on labor and employment law.
